About Fuel Pit Nutrition

Fuel Pit Nutrition is an online platform offering health supplements, sports nutrition products, fitness nutrition products and related products.

Eligibility

You must provide accurate information while using our website and placing an order. If you are under the age required to legally enter into a contract under applicable law, you should use the website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, nutritional information and other information displayed on the website are accurate. Packaging, labels and product appearance may change from time to time. Product images may differ slightly from the actual product. Manufacturers may update formulations, packaging or serving information. The product label supplied with the product should be treated as the final reference for ingredients, directions, warnings and usage instructions.

Health and Medical Disclaimer

Products sold through Fuel Pit Nutrition are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease unless expressly permitted under applicable law. Supplements should not be considered a replacement for a balanced diet. Before using a supplement, consult a qualified healthcare professional if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take prescription or other medication, have allergies or food intolerances, are considering supplements for a child, or have concerns about product suitability.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where the product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be verified, fraudulent activity is suspected, the address cannot be serviced, the order violates applicable law or these Terms, or there are reasonable grounds to believe the order is being placed for resale or misuse. If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment already made.

Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Fuel Pit Nutrition does not ordinarily receive or store complete card information such as your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. You agree to provide valid payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, cashback offers and other campaigns may have separate terms. Unless specifically stated, offers cannot be combined, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash, offers may be limited to one use per customer, offers may be withdrawn or modified subject to applicable law, and certain products may be excluded.
