Shipping Policy

Fuel Pit Nutrition delivers products to serviceable locations across India through third-party logistics partners.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

• Metro/major cities: 2–5 business days
• Other locations: 4–8 business days
• Remote locations: 5–10 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery time may vary due to courier availability, weather, public holidays, regional restrictions, high order volumes, incorrect address information, or events outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

• Free shipping: on orders above ₹999
• Standard shipping: ₹79 on orders below the free-shipping value

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we may provide tracking information through email, SMS, WhatsApp or your account. Tracking information is supplied by the logistics provider and may take some time to become active.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the shipment cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment where permitted.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, the shipment may be returned to us.

Delayed Shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at fuelpitnutrition1@gmail.com with your order number. We will coordinate with the logistics provider where appropriate.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photographs before opening it where possible, record an unboxing video where practical, contact us immediately, and do not consume or use a product that appears compromised.

Lost Shipments

If a courier shipment is confirmed as lost, Fuel Pit Nutrition may investigate the shipment with the logistics provider and provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Delivery Restrictions

Some products may not be deliverable to certain locations because of courier restrictions, regulatory restrictions, geographic limitations or product-specific restrictions. Where we cannot fulfil an order, we may cancel it and refund the eligible amount.
