Return & Refund Policy

At Fuel Pit Nutrition, we want customers to receive products in proper condition. Because many of our products are consumable health and nutrition products, returns are subject to the conditions below.

Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The return request must be raised within the applicable return period.

Products Eligible for Return

Returns may be accepted where the wrong product was delivered, the product arrived damaged, the product is defective, the product received is materially different from the product ordered, or the product has a manufacturing/packaging issue that qualifies for return.

Products That Cannot Normally Be Returned

For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, we generally do not accept returns for:

• Opened supplements
• Used products
• Products with broken seals
• Products where the inner packaging has been opened
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
• Products without the original packaging
• Products purchased from unauthorised sources
• Products returned after the applicable return window

Where a product is defective or incorrectly supplied, we may consider the matter even if normal return conditions are not met.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged at delivery, take clear photographs/videos of the package, record the damage before opening it where possible, and contact us at fuelpitnutrition1@gmail.com or WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number and evidence.

Wrong Product

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and provide your order number, photograph of the received product, shipping label and batch/lot details where applicable.

Expired or Short-Dated Products

If you receive an expired product or a product that does not meet any minimum remaining shelf-life commitment expressly stated on the product page or at checkout, contact us immediately. Do not consume the product.

Return Process

To request a return, email fuelpitnutrition1@gmail.com with subject 'Return Request – Order #[order number]' and include your order number, name, phone number, reason for return and photos/videos where applicable. We may review the request before approving the return.

Return Shipping

Where the return is due to an error attributable to Fuel Pit Nutrition, such as an incorrect product being shipped, we may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Where a return is permitted for another reason, return shipping may be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will determine whether the refund is eligible. Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method. The time taken for the amount to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, refunds may require bank/UPI details or another suitable payment method. We will never ask for your UPI PIN, ATM PIN or card CVV to process a refund.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation may be possible before an order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

Non-Delivery

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, customer unavailability, repeated delivery attempts or customer refusal, we may contact you to determine whether the order should be re-shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply where permitted and disclosed.

Refund Exclusions

A refund may not be provided where the product has been opened or used without a qualifying defect, was damaged after delivery by the customer, the return request was made after the applicable period, required evidence is not provided, or the product was purchased from an unauthorised seller.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to take away rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
